From magnum. Wanted to score this on day 2 as on day one it had too much of the typical tar which it didnt lose during the evening (after a 4 hour decant). It is powerful yet on the second day it smoothened out a bit. Though still a lot of tar and leather in the nose. Missing a bit of the chocolate which I often find. — 2 months ago

Nose: savory. Spice perfect lilacs. Violets. So perfect. Maybe a hint of age as it aerates.

Palate: perfect “sweet “ cherry fruit. Gorgeous silky licorice. Still fresh.

A truly magnificent wine.
