So loving the nose on this. Zingy red fruit, a little happy barnyard. In the mouth, great acids and crisp, intense flavors. Tannins in check. So much character for $$. — a month ago

Light, nice cherry and a bit of smokiness. Get a tad of the alcohol on the finish. Went so well with my sausage based dish. But this could be a great sipper with some garden tomatoes, prosciutto and cheese. — 8 months ago

Nose: savory. Spice perfect lilacs. Violets. So perfect. Maybe a hint of age as it aerates.

Palate: perfect “sweet “ cherry fruit. Gorgeous silky licorice. Still fresh.

A truly magnificent wine.

Nose- rose petals, leather and turf. I get some annisette, cherry, and earth on the palate. Tannins are moderate. This could age a bit more. I was surprised it was a little thin. Enjoyed with pasta and a rich guancale/ sausage tomato sauce. — 2 months ago
