This was lovely! We fried some zucchini blossoms and made a margherita pizza. The fresh acidity cut right through the richness of the fried food and the creamy mozzarella, and the herbal fruit brought out the best in the tomato sauce and fresh basil. Enjoy this wine! — 9 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. The 2023 pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with powerful notes of tart and ripe, citrus and tropical, fruit: grapefruit, passionfruit, white and yellow flowers, alfalfa, jalapeño pepper, and flinty minerals .
