Did not enjoy first bottle, but decanted second bottle and enjoyed with pork tenderloin ($22) — 2 months ago
First time trying this type of varietal. Savory fleshy bouquet. Mushroom , forest floor, earthy loam, prune and raisin. Great backbone of acid, cherry and more prune on the palate. Lots of structure to keep aging. Very unique wine. 13% — a month ago
Bought at Pine Orchard 7/23 $15. Typical Spanish red. Great fruit flavors, some tannins, but still eat drinking. — 18 days ago
Quite nice with Pat’s lasagna ($22) — a month ago
Cassis, black cherries, and graphite on the nose; medium acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like blackberries, and black plums. Probably a crowd pleaser. I like it. — a month ago
