Lost Ranch Pinot Noir 2012

We had the 2012 Vintage on 12/1-2/23. A real RRV PN with tastes of blackberry, black raspberry, baking spices and cinnamon. Medium bodied and well balanced. New World, but not overly fruity — 3 months ago

Genesis Red Blend

This fella really held up over 7+ years from harvest. While some initial freshness as evolved, the harmony/density is very respectable. 2015 was a hit/miss vintage depending on micro-climates. Can’t remember if this was all estate, nevertheless it was deep red/black fruit northern Italian style ride. — 8 months ago

So freakin’ good! Aging well and the off-dry nature of this Rose is so good. One of my all time favorite Rose’s. — 4 years ago

Healdsburg Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Rhonda thinks it is great (and has a bear on it), but not quite as good as winchester. — 8 months ago

RdV Vineyards

Lost Mountain Red Bordeaux Blend 2011

This was really impressive. My first try of Virginia wine and what a great example of the potential. Mesmerizing aromatics. Berries, herbs, coffee beans, rosemary, underbrush. Silky on the palate with a fresh and tannic finish. It’s a shame Virginia wine is almost impossible to find in Europe. If I could, I’d explore more. — 9 months ago
