This was the Rosé of the Cremant. It’s got plenty of apricot and other stone fruit on the nose and in the mouth. Complex and interesting. Beautiful in the glass. A great sparkling wine at a good price. — 2 months ago

Summery feeling Blanquette built on 90% Mauzac, 10% Chenin Blanc from 25 year old vines in Calce (Roussillon). There isnt an enormous amount of depth here, but the flavors are excellent. Honeycrisp apples, honeysuckle, freshly mown grass. Simultaneously dry and creamy. — 2 years ago
