Drank without decanting. Light on the nose and a smooth sweet taste on the tongue. Fruit flavors and not intense at all. Great wine and well named! Day 2: sweet fruity smell with more of an alcohol scent. As I taste it, I still taste fruit but it is a bit more acidic. Still good overall but not the same as day 1. — 10 days ago

Wonderful Brut from the Bourgogne (Burgundy) region of France. Nice combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. Taste of apple and mild citrus flavors. Sips well any time but also a great starter for Lunch/dinner. Great value! Frank October 2025 — 2 months ago

Great wine. Definitely worth trying again but I felt this was a bit one dimensional. A lot of pear, white fruit and slight apple, brioche and with slight acidity and but didn't change much after. I tried in 2025 so its 17 years old so maybe its past its peak or its waning but its my first wine of this age so maybe i need to try more. Either way, it's a delicious wine — 2 days ago
