Very dark burgundy with a lot of ruby and dark purple tones.
Earthy, cheese rind and mushroom dominate the nose. Surprising tannins, ultra tight and intense this one needs to sit for another 5 years at least - maybe longer-;regretting opening it now.
I don't have the experience to know what this will become but I know that it will be a greater wine than it is today. — 18 hours ago

This is a special champagne. Aged so gracefully. In a 2nd maturation phase that is getting the caramel flavors out. I should have bought a lot more. This is worth every penny if you can find it. — 3 years ago
