Riesling from biodynamically-farmed vineyards around the villages of Bergholtz and Guebwiller (south of Colmar), one of the sunniest, warmest parts of Alsace. Intense, concentrated nose with aromas of yellow fruit and citrus (candied lemon). Medium to full-bodied, round, great texture and length. Should have waited a few more years — a year ago
Beautiful gewurtz that paired nicely with a dinner of spicy, smokey, and citrus sushi and wagyu beef dishes.
Pale golden yellow. Beautiful aromatics of honeysuckle, nectar, apricot and lychee. Features a medium sweet and fruit forward palate with tropical fruits, starfruit, apricot, mango, and peach. Underlying it all is a slate and mineral component, like petrichor. Good acidic structure. — 2 years ago

I liked this. Dry. Enough fruit to stand up to a chicken posole. — a month ago
