Vintage 2021 | each time I drink this Gini Soave I am happy. It is beautiful: a good structure, minerality, lots of bitters. This is the first time my teammates recognized the Soave tasted blind. Also: honey, apple, butter, fudge and caramel. Paired the second day with a Thai Panang Curry. Not a great idea, the food was dominant. — 4 months ago
Pale lemon color.
Aromas of green herbal notes.
Dry. Flavors of lime, cooked spinach in garlic, herbs, floral.

Nose: dried herbs, almond, subtle peach and pear blend, light touch of floral petals

Overall: outperforms its price point, great value — 3 years ago
Great White! Smooth without being too oaky; not sweet; "doesn't have that sharp thin tang"; - C "holds a solid form without being heavy"
Not sour, not sweet...we don't know...but we like it — 6 years ago
A nice golden color with a tart aroma of apple-lemon and minerality. Flavors of minerals, chalk, smoke, and flint. It also has a slight salty taste. Quite nice. — 6 years ago
2024 vintage: fresh, acidic, some peach, lime, and apricot notes. Some minerality. Long bitter almond finish. Paired well with light salad, goat cheese and apricot preserve. Perfect summer sipper or a pre-meal palate prepper — 3 months ago

Tropical, pineapple and lemon curd; yellow apple, sweet hay, crème caramel. Nice, medium+ acid. — 3 years ago

Medium bodied and a green/yellow color indicate some softening, but the wine itself is very green and fruit forward, green figs (but just the vegetal smell), with some acidity and notes of yellow fruit rind, crisp mountain air, grassy notes, and a slight baking note, like pastry, hidden away underneath. Palate is crisp, dry, with a balanced acidity, lots of limestone, crisp yellow fruits, maybe some yellow grapefruit, celery hints, lemon juice tartness, and an emerging grassy energy that starts to swell long after the sip is complete. Dry to the end, but not bitterly so, very nice. — 4 months ago
No formal notes . Quite pale lemon yellow . This is quite ripely fruited , with touch of apricot , spiced lemon peel , pineapple , white peach . On the palate this has good freshness and slightly creamy texture . White peach and citrus peel with white almonds , good acidity . Reasonable length , grippy slightly toasty finish . Enjoy now and over the next 5 years . Quite modern and international in style , but well made and convincing.

Pleasantly floral and fresh, the 2021 Soave Classico opens with a blend of spring flowers, lime and melon. It's silky and round on the palate, slightly oily in texture, with crisp orchard fruits and juicy acidity to balance. The 2021 tapers off with a lovely inner sweetness contrasted by a tinge of saline minerals. (Eric Guido, Vinous, March 2023) — 3 years ago

Very good. Fresh, well balanced, very slightly woody, not too citrus. Goes well with almost everything, fish, seafood, poultry, grilling. SAQ Cellier — a month ago
