A blend of about 40% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella & 5% Sangiovese, deep Ruby color with aromas of dried berry fruit and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with vanilla, figs and licorice notes, good balance, lively acid with fine chewy tannins. Medium finish ending with fruit, mineral and earthy spice. Nice value. — 12 days ago

Deep purple in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of blackberries, dried herbs, and vanilla; on the palate, it's dry, with high acidity, high tannins, medium alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of plum, baking spices, a hint of black pepper, and crushed gravel with a long finish. This wine is intense and balanced, but it's difficult to differentiate the flavors. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — 18 days ago

Early ripening Bordeaux Blend of 35% Merlot, 35% Cab Franc, 25% Cab Sauv & 5% Petit Verdot. Dark Ruby red color with aromas of rich berry fruits with spice, herb and cigar box notes. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry and cherry with cinnamon and cedar. Soft fine tannins, rich mouthfeel well balanced with vivid acidity. Long finish ending with fruit, cedar and tobacco. A bit too much cassis flavours for my palate which I do not recall when I had my first bottle about a year ago. Nevertheless a very good wine — a month ago
