Absolutely fantastic gamay from the WV, where the grape seems to be thriving in the hands of talented producers such as Hundred Suns. — 12 days ago
Pop and pour. I've found significant variation in perceived brett on Cameron wines from vintage to vintage and, frankly, from cuvee to cuvee. I adore these wines, and this bottle is no exception. A touch of reduction and some.bretty funk, but the brett blew off with 30 min of air. On the nose: pure sweet strawberry and raspberry, spice, soft vanilla, pepper...To be honest, this bottle showed better than the 18 Reserve and closer to the 18 Clos Electrique in spirit, at least aromatically. On the palate: fantastic density and good acid, loads of wild strawberry, soft leafy notes and soft tannin on the finish. This is downright excellent, and has forced me to revise my views on the 2018 OR vintage (speaking in broad strokes, I've far preferred 15 and 17 vintages to 18, until this bottle and the Hundred Suns Bednarik I had recently). — 23 days ago
Pop and pour (but to be enjoyed over at least a couple of days). Notes from 15 min open. On the nose: intense rose and earth, spice. a touch of va, vanilla and cranberry...wow, this is elegant, but the nose is a lovely statement. On the palate: ok acidity at first, but creamy and good density on the mid with wild strawberry cream and roses, with acidity slowly building, until.intense finely grained tannin kicks in on the finish. Soft pepper, but the tannin is the last thing I taste: very intense. An excellent btl, but we'l see what tomorrow brings..my first experience with this producer. — a month ago

Rd Winery Hundred Knot Rossi Ranch Grenache 2019 Sonoma Valley, California
This is a delicious Grenache from Sonoma Valley.
Showing black plums, black currants, coffee, oak, vanilla, licorice, spices, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, light vegetables and peppercorn.
Medium plus in body and spicy.
Fruit forward with medium acidity and long legs.
Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Easy drinking, and the high alcohol is not noticeable at all, so watch out.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime (60 minutes).
Tasty and rich, with a nice mouthfeel. Good by itself or with food.
A blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah, that I paired with a gorgeous charcuterie board.
15% alcohol by volume.
