Similar notes as before. This bottle less tight at open. Almost black. Tannins chewy and coating the mouth. Beautiful black and red fruit. This is really shaping up great.

Jan 26th, 2022Same notes as before but I can tell it’s starting to come of age. Still young and tight, but I’m starting to see more nuances, darker fruit, well balanced. A few more years and I think this guy will be really good. From Nine Suns so of course it will be!

Aug 22nd, 2021Decanted 45 min though think it needs more time, very young wine. Very aromatic fruit when opening the bottle. Dark red fruit - black cherry and plum, raspberry; chocolate, coffee, graphite, pepper, plush tannins, well integrated acidity, high ABV but hides it well. Medium finish. Will be interesting to see this evolve over next few years in the cellar.
