Released for the first time in 2006 at a price of $100 per bottle with a 3 bottle limit. This wine never went through malolactic fermentation. I can not resist burying bottles in the name of science. A musty nose joined up with earth and tobacco. A “juicy” palate of cedar, dirt (tons of sediment), soft fruits and mint. The experience for me would be similar to dancing with ones mom or grandmother on their 100th birthday, pure happiness and joy . My score reflects an amalgamation of the 3 bottles I consumed. One can probably find the story of this wine on the Web. — 12 days ago
Great multi-country wine tasting w/ my kiddos. Wonderful gift of wines/homemade pairings. 4 nice wines but this was the most complex & captivating of the bunch! Great depth & soft red/purple plum fruit. — a month ago

2014 Vintage. 15.6% Alcohol. 39% Syrah, 38% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 3% Tannat. Best the next day after wine preserved in Argon so decant or give more time in the cellar but this is really good. Licorice, tobacco and boysenberry nose. Smooth mouthfeel. Great job Russell From. — 10 days ago
