Had this is Rome, it was highly recommended. Loved it! — 3 years ago
Nice. Good white fruit. Fun to taste 100% Pinot Gris champagne for the first time — 4 years ago
My favourite champagne taste. Smoother than moet, has a almost very slightly tangy taste. In my view better than Veuve, tattingter, and most other champagnes I’ve had. — 3 years ago
Night one at Bern’s, from deep in the cellar. Bottle is in great condition. Decanted and poured. Great color. Dark ruby center with clear rims. Translucent. Awesome nose. Notes of red fruit, cedar desk, dusty earth, Cuban cigar, cherries and some white pepper. Light on its feet at first but firms up nicely with air for a few hours, then plateaued before softening up later on. Really good showing. — a year ago
1929 vintage...bit Stew-y but wow the profile and finish rushed at you but lingers on finish like some exotic elixir from unknown tree...memorable wine for the ages! — 4 years ago
