Made with Chardonnay and Chardonnay Muscaté grapes. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits, citrus, honey and floral scents. A blend of 40% Corvinone, 30% Corvina, 15% Rondinella, remained indigenous grapes derived from 18-acre vineyard. Ruby with with aromas of dried fruits with floral and smoky spice notes. Strong nose of citrus, yellow apples, light pineapples, spices, light cedar, earth, herbs and white pepper.

Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with limes, light grapefruits, spices, light oak, earth and herbs.

Long finish with limes and almonds.

This delicious 10 years old Chardonnay from Napa Valley is still drinking beautifully. Very complex, elegant and nicely balanced.

Still showing enough fruits to balance the earth notes. Nicely aged, and will not get better from this point on.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 20 minutes of airtime.

It's always nice to try these kind of aged wines. Good by itself as a sipping and with food.

100% Chardonnay grapes were aged in (34% new) French Oak barrels for 8 months.

Blend of Grenache (34%), Barbera (32%), Counoise (16%), Mourvèdre (14%) and 4% other assorted red grapes. Light salmon pink color. Aromas of citrus fruits, red berries and white flowers. Flavors of strawberries, raspberries, orange, green melon, grapefruit and lemon. Lovely hint of salty and chalky minerality on the finish. Creamy texture (lees contact?) and very crisp acidity. A nice wine!! A blend of mostly Tinta del País/Tempranillo (from old vineyards), with a splash of Garnacha and other grapes, including whites. Medium Ruby with aromas of ripe fresh fruits, herb and complex spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry with vanilla oak and cacao. From the Piedmont region, Barbaresco sub-region, 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the hills above above Barbaresco. Ruby with aromas of sweet dark berry fruit with herb notes. Aged for 2 years on oak showing flavors of black cherry and strawberry with hints of black pepper and tobacco, nice balance and structure. Fine soft tannins on long finish ending with earthy tones. All of the grapes from the vineyards owned by the Latour family are vinified and aged in the cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe-Corton. The winery was the first purpose-built cuverie in France and remains the oldest still-functioning. Medium pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruits with a slight nutty floral character. On the palate flavors of peach and melon with lemon citrus and savory notes. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, toasty oak and minerality. Nice! — 3 months ago

From the stable of the famous Alvaro Palacios. Black cherry, raspberry, thyme and gravel - many nuances. Barb thought a raisiny note. On the medium bodied palate, very savoury. One of my favourite grapes (Mencia) and terroirs (Bierzo), and has been every time I taste it. Very fine tannins - almost silky. A stunning, flamboyant Spanish Label. Querciabella, in Italian, means “beautiful oak” and surrounds their vineyards. Founded in 1974 by Giuseppe Castiglioni, now managed and owned by Sebastiano Cossia Castiglionii. Sangiovese from biodynamically grown grapes, Ruby, lovely nose of fruit, floral and spice. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with earthy herb notes and spicy cacao.
