Nice mix of mineral and sweetness. Perfect for early summer. — 5 months ago
Pennsylvania Grüner. That’s right, and a very good one at that! Well balanced with pure varietal character and age worthy over several years. — 2 months ago
2023 must have been a warmer/riper vintage due to the fact that this wine seems quite tropical. Aromas and flavors of pineapple, mango, pears and lemon/lime. Noticeable touches of minerals and white pepper on the long finish. Very fruit forward and refreshing. Crisp acidity and well rounded texture. Not a typical expression of Gru V, but pretty enjoyable. — 3 months ago
I’ve tasted couple excellent bottles of well aged Pinot from Ashley’s vineyard. This Chardonnay is young but very good too.
The 2022 combines the AVA’s coastal freshness with the vintage’s generous ripeness. Aromas of lemon zest, yellow apple, and grilled pineapple mingle with vanilla, brioche, and a saline breeze. The palate is sleek yet plush, balancing citrus-driven acidity with creamy mid-palate weight. Subtle spice frame a long juicy finish.

Sweet dried redfruits and oak aromas, soft tannins, sweet fruit on palate as well, very fine acidity and depth, seems close to fully mature, but should last 3-5 years at least, kudos to Patrick Campbell, who made a lot of outstanding LG Cabernets back in the 1980s and 1990s, excellent Sonoma Mountain Cabernet!! — 4 months ago

A good representation of Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir, this bursts with a juicy core of ripe red cherry, wild strawberry, and a hint of pomegranate with distinct savory undertone of fried herbs and forest floor. Plush and approachable now, but should age well for the next 5-8 years. — 3 days ago
