Rosso del Bepi Veneto Corvina Blend 2008

The late Bepi delivers again. Lovely rich and full bodied. A bit of chocolate on the super long finish. Excellent. #quintarelli — 2 days ago

La Scolca

Bianco Secco Cortese 2017

Gavi comes from a small growing area in northwestern Italy located north of Genoa on the steep slopes of the Ligurian Apennines. White label is La Scolca’s everyday wine, an alternative to their “Black Label”. Made from the Cortese di Gavi grape (younger vines), straw yellow with delicate aromas of stone and citrus fruits. On the palate apple, extended lees aging gives rich apple and lemon flavors, some nutty notes, good mouthfeel. Crisp medium finish, vivid acidity ending with a mineral character. Enjoy with a nice Red Snapper! — a month ago

Cren dell' Ape Piemonte Cortese 2017

This was a really nice wine, food friendly and delicious. You’ve got a core of bright citrus, but around the edges you’ve got ripe stone fruit and red apple. Floral and mineral notes round out the picture. A nice obscure grape from a solid region. — a month ago
