Very fruity saint joseph with nice cherry and blackberry notes, some oak, some black pepper, a nice soft and silky mouthfeel, gentle tannins and a nice long finish. We have it along a slow-cooked lamb leg and gratin dauphinois made by yours trully for our easter lunch. — 24 days ago
