Summer of Italian Whites. Another great example of an Italian white wine value from a well known producer. Primary aromas of lemon candy, ripe white peach, yellow pear, river stones, honeysuckle and tarragon. Pallet is white peach, lemon and slivered almond with an oily, creamy texture. This has more body and complexity than cheaper Pinot Grigios, but the finish was a little short for my liking. Still recommended for its QPR.

Aromas and flavors of dried maraschino cherry, red apple, dried herbs, mixed peppercorns, broken rock, and spice box. Medium-high acidity, and medium body. A Pinot lovers’ wine. — a day ago
