1998 vintage was gone. Acid still there but not the fruit. 2008 - fading but still had fruit. Apricot, dried red apples. Over the hill for sure but worked beautifully with roasted pork shank and mashed celery root

Perhaps a bit too band-aidy this mousey orange was cloudy and dank in smell. That being said it’s stank was enjoyable like a blue cheese. We had this with uni tostadas and spicy razor clams, obviously.
