1998 vintage was gone. Acid still there but not the fruit. 2008 - fading but still had fruit. Apricot, dried red apples. Over the hill for sure but worked beautifully with roasted pork shank and mashed celery root

Paired this with grilled 🐙 & it was a pleasure. From a producer who had been making orange wine for a long time, his son and wife have taken the reigns, since his passing & I plan to revisit this producer down the road to see.
