Ribolla Gialla 2010

Not for everyone, has a Big nose and nice taste, though I prefer it with cheese.

Annia Napa Valley Tocai Friulano Blend 2013

Been chasing this wine for a few years, finally able to bring it in with Dan’s other cuvees. Complex floral notes that evolved as the wine opened up over a couple of hours. Medium bodied thanks to the Chardonnay, but it is an undertone to the ribolla and tocai notes. We paired with quesadillas, but the wine would go great wish sushi as well. — a month ago

Ceglo Rebula Ribolla

Absolutely delicious! More orange in color due to longer skin contact and therefore more medium/full body but very fresh. — a month ago

Riserva Ribolla Gialla 2003

Mahogany brown; bright, spicy, ribolla nose with botrytis notes; light on its feet at 12.5% (in 2003!) but still energetic and with a lingering, 40 second finish. This is Special Selection Anfora magnum released in ‘18. — 2 months ago

Arbe Garbe

Catie’s Corner Vineyard, Tanya’s Vineyard and Pagani Ranch Malvasia Bianca Blend 2017

55% Catie’s Corner Vineyard Malvasia Bianca RRV, 30% Tanya’s Vineyard Ribolla Gialla, RRV, and 15% Pagani Ranch old vine Tocai Friulano. Probably one of the more eclectic blends I have ever experienced. The nose of this wine is unique. Getting cumin, Italian herbs, some white flowers and...huh? Did I get shallots? (Dinner didn't have shallots...). Entry and middle is softer than I thought. Acidity is definitely here but there is some grapefruit here, kiwi, dried herbs. More of a lemon zest and a minerality appeared on the finish. This wine was pretty boring on day 1. Most was recorked and enjoyed tonight. I really think this could hold for 3 to 5 years, possibly longer. Eclectic experience right up my alley! — a month ago

@Mark Flesher I've had a couple Arbe Garde bottles, not posted, but do remember the Benandants bottle (100% Malvasia Bianca, I think) with fondness, it was cool stuff. Also a white blend, maybe this same bottle, don't recall.
