A soft and sweet sparkling wine. Shared this lovely bottle with my husband on the 20th Christmas we shared together. — 4 years ago

Beautiful. Fruity and a little sweet. Certainly aged well. — 7 years ago
Delicate and consistent. From the very first to the very last, the flavor was exactly there. The structure, the flavors, the acidity, the sweetness, everything in between never waver. It was an incredibly concentrated and precise wine that just overwhelmed with it simplicity. Sounds weird to say that, but it was very light and very structured and even though it looks like it’s a dark and forbidden wine it’s something that just is very easy in your pallet with rose and fresh micro greens and crisp, barely ripe fruits and flavors like that. An amazing expression of just pure concentration from the wine maker in terms of delivering a product that they want with clarity outstanding. Very impressed by this wine. — 10 months ago
Texas weirdness but still has that texture that I enjoy in Chenin. — 4 years ago
A SB like none I’ve ever had before. Smooth and very food friendly. Enjoyed with cheese and charcuterie. Lovely. — 6 years ago
Tropical with banana and pineapple shows ginger and lemon curd, nutmeg and light cinnamon. Whoa! Big pumpkin here with rich and creamy pie spices; vanilla, allspice, nutmeg, clove, cedar, oak, candied ginger, ginseng, lemongrass. Good move making it milkshake! Lactose drives the density and comforting substance. More like this please! And to the pumpkin hating zealots, just taste the forbidden fruit again, I won’t tell!
