Bright golden color. Aromas of tropical fruits, white flowers and sea spray. The palate leans more toward pear and unripe peach with a pleasant herbal note on the finish. Mouth filling texture, medium body and crisp acidity. There is a bit of weight (pleasant) but it’s not over the top. 1975 out of magnum and from a leaky cork . Procured it from a collection. Mature with notes of brioche , kumquat . Apricot ,Chamomile , white flower ,lychee, and oyster shell. On the palate it’s exotic and explosive with vibrant ,apricot , papaya , caramel, nuts ,tons of dry extract some Sauternes like notes . One of the best 1975s I have had from a leaky cork.
