Red and white grape blend to make a perfect light red. Chilled it before opening - excellent summer red. — 3 months ago
Hard to believe this is a village level Barolo. A beautiful nose before black cherry and intense earth spices a long finish. A great pairing with beef cheeks and mashed potatoes — a year ago
4th bottle of this, one bad three good. Rosehip & muschrooms. A little bit of the structure left. 💃🍇 — 5 years ago

Punchy acid, drawn out tannins. Pomegranate and fresh cranberry, with lingering stoney, graphite notes. — 7 years ago
Futili wine that is smooth, kind of creamy (not in a California Chardonnay kind of way though), that tastes a little like white flowers and linen. Just delicious. — 9 months ago

From a friend in Italy. Thank you. — 7 years ago
This was a really nice Nebbiolo. Tasted better being in the region based solely on vibes. Lighter than I expected but still had that classic structure with tart cherry and cranberry up front that I have come to love. Ended with a little floral note like rose maybe and just an overall earthiness. The tannins were definitely present, but not too aggressive, which made it super approachable. Evidently as this bottle did not last long. It felt fresh and a bit young, but in a good way. Great wine paired with great food. — 2 months ago
From magnum. Lift bodied with a ton of herbs and spice. The fruit was definitely secondary. Great with the pasta and steak. — 3 years ago
Digging it a lot. May be the summer wine of 2020 — 6 years ago

Deep burgundy, rouge/purple hue with an expressive nose of ripe red and purple fruit, with notes of vanilla, and slightly herbal notes in the background, like herbs de Provence and plum. Medium bodied, with both spice and peppery notes, very light tannin, and a dry red fruit freshness that ends very cleanly. Really solid juice. — a month ago
