Challenging but absolutely worthwile chenin. Reductive at first it opens up rather quickly. Ripe fruits ... pear, apple a little citrus. It’s incredibly fresh, pure and texturally precise with riveting energy and coiled tension. It’s floral, smoky and red fruited with a citrus inflicted acidity and mineral core.
