Light straw colour . Quite intense and mineral in the nose, with just a hint of kerosine. After a while white flowers , lightly honied green apple . Really intense and quite full bodied on the palate , bone dry but this has a richness but also great freshness and mineral precision . Green apple , creamy citrus and wet stones on the long finish . Well balanced and still very young , will no doubt have a long life ahead , but no crime to try this now . — 3 days ago

Pretty light straw , still with a hint of green . Very youthful on the nose , with green apple , white flowers , light kerosine notes . On the palate a lovely weightless quality , steely with green apple , white fruits , light mineral hints and long fresh , wet slate finish. Clear, pale lemon colour. Clean, pronounced floral bouquet. Dry, with high acidity and medium bodied. Intense flavours of lime, lemon and citrus blossom. Long finish with significant minerality. A very good wine that would no doubt be better after a few years.

This wine has a gorgeously golden hue. 👁️

On the nose 👃🏻 and palate 👄 are pronounced notes of ripe peach, nectarine, apricot, papaya, white blossom, mandarin pith, kumquat, gardenia, honeysuckle, wet slate, petrol, lanolin, honey, smoke, beeswax, saline, saffron, and flint.

This wine is dry with racy acidity, a textured and mouth-filling quality, and complexity for days. As this wine warms in the glass, we keep uncovering layers! The finish lingers. This wine hits the spot! 🎯

Yet we have no doubt it has runway to age gaining more dried fruit characteristics and added complexity.
