Fortunate Son "The Dreamer" Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A man’s man type of cab from Jayson Woodbridge. This is opulent, bigger than life, good aerating helps. Hear from the source that the best pairing for it is elk, can’t wait to try it. — 2 days ago

I’m going for it—a spade is a spade. I couldn’t ask for more in a wine, and it’s in the perfect drinking window. — 7 months ago

This wine was special. 9.8 - 10. Hard to argue with @James K that it checks all boxes.

Hundred Acre Vineyard

Kayli Morgan Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2008

2008 vintage. Decanted and tasted after two hours. Some fine sediment. Ripe, plummy nose. Medium-heavy body. Ripe, plummy flavors. Pushed through approx 1/8 of a glass and just couldn’t any more any longer. Lacking any respectable semblance of balance. And I thought the old '90's Bryant Family Cabs came in as über-low, strafing fruit bombs…10.25.24. — 2 months ago

The Four Graces

Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2022

Steve & Paula Black pursued a dream in 2003 and purchased a 110-acre vineyard located in the Red Hills of Dundee creating The Four Graces, named after their four daughters. Medium Ruby with surprisingly complex aromas of red fruits, herb and spice. On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors with tea and espresso notes adding a bit of pepper spice. Well balanced acidity with fine tannins, medium(+) length, ending with earthy notes. Nice value! — 6 months ago
