Surprise! Very good fairly big Pinot…had at Eddie V’s on NYE…don’t recall vintage specifics but drank smooth balanced big berried as in a Russian River Pinot. — 4 years ago
This was pretty kick butt. It definitely could use a bit more age to fully round out. — 6 years ago

Yum! Love some Beaujolais! This was recommended by Eddie at Brookhaven Wines and it didn’t disappoint. A young Fleurie that is drinking beautifully now. Ripe, rich and fresh red cherry and strawberry jump out of the glass along with freshly picked red roses and wet granite. The red fruit character and minerality continue on the palette with a candied quality and a velvety richness that coats the mouth. Beautifully balanced Beaujolais that is sure to be a crowd pleaser over the holidays. — 8 years ago
It may be the vintage but this one much better than eighty something. — 9 months ago
No notes, but Alpine wine is a cat nip for me, so I went in biased & (predictably) came out happy. Valle D’Aoste Riesling with some bottle age. Rounded, golden, & goddamn good. White flowers in sunshine + de-sweetened lemon curd. Has some texture too. At 15$ another crazy Eddie (For anyone who grew up in NYC in the 70’s, that’s for you) value. — 3 years ago

2022 Vintage. What @Eddie Dukes said! Went great with spicy Thai food. — 3 years ago
This is it. Almost perfect pinot noir. Light, but with a leather and vanilla. Fresh with red fruits: a cherry, a raspberry. And something else. But keep it a secret. — 6 years ago
Loved this wine! Drank the 2017 vintage on Mother’s Day 2020 with Miral and Kyle and a superb meal from Eddie V’s. This wine was darker red than some pinots, with nice flavor and acidity. Also, the bottle was very pretty with red wax top. — 6 years ago

2017 vintage. Last tasted 7.6.25 (9.2) and 1.4.25 (9.3). Opened and decanted. Starting to show that gorgeous, silvery sheen when pouring. Tasted after 30 mins and 1 hour. Flitting about and nor super this or big that. More hint or bit of currently. Reallocating its' portfolio for the long-term vs the short term. Fewer explosive growth stocks tasted and more steady-eddie, blue-chips mixed with bonds in the mix now. Could swear I tasted a REIT in there somewhere. 01.23.26. — 5 months ago
