Expressive, floral, punchy!
What a nose!! Starts with some nice reduction but when it blows off, this just is amazing. Switching from floral and exotic aromas of fleur d’orange, candied citrus, candied ginger and ripe cantaloupe to salty, naked stones. And back. Amazing purity & freshness. So enticing!!
On the palate this is a thin layer of exotic citrus fruit on stony minerality. Juicy acidity, salty freshness, mineral depth. Such precision here. And depth.

Medium ruby hue. Aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, cassis, licorice, and vanilla. Plus body, plus acid, plus tannins. Exquisitely smooth and integrated on the palate, with soft, grainy tannins. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with toasty notes and herb cinnamon spice. Full-bodied, fine soft textured tannins, long finish ending with juicy fruit and spicy herb character.
