Nose of intense alpine minerality. White flowers. Custard. Hint of medicinal quality. More like an apothecary. Not bad medicinal if that is not clear. Clean and way batter than my last bottle’s aromas. Palate is juicy and clean, long and tense. Really long. Terrific elegance and purity. Nice spice. Balanced and very pure. "Bibi", vin de Savoie ( Gamay & Mondeuse) by Gilles Berlioz ( Domaine Partagé). This small 6 hectares estate produces excellent wines, but they don't come cheap.This entry level has so much flavour with only 11,5 % alcohol. A delightful drinking wine. — 2 years ago
