Jacquère/Chardonnay/Mondeuse Blanche, very rarely does a Savoie wine impress me, as there's not much acidity to back them up, this one has a solid ripe lemon juice intensity, extremely savoury, with quite a rich mouth feel.

Very unique wine with a stony and mineral character and amazing purity - on the palate, like tasting freshly squeezed juice running off a glacier.

Chardonnay and jacquère and mondeuse Blanche. Light, crisp, bitter, lots of smoke and flint. Perfect wine for a hot evening in the mountains some chamomile and cream too.
