Shhhhh. Holy Saturday, Batman!!! Easter bunny drinks rosé! Perfect libation for plastic egg prep. Nice balance between sweetness and acidity in the mouth. The finish shows fresh fruit and great length. — 21 days ago
Very nice Southern Rhône red from Stephane Vedeau, ex-footballer. 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. 14.5% abv. Bold and big on flavor, but super fresh and precisely balanced. Vibrant red fruit with Mediterranean herbs. Just the right amount of tannins, and a very long finish, ending with dried berries and grass. Really sticks around. I’m surprised the overall Delectable ratings aren’t higher. This is great, and still very affordable for the quality. Paired with Byrd’s Eye View on 180g vinyl (Blue Note Tone Poet repress). — 23 days ago
An Outstanding Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2016 vintage champagne from Mailly in Reims. Zesty and zingy and compelling acidly, super balanced, slightly but beautifully yeasty. Potentially to age another +10 years. Fine bubbles and very elegant and crazy smooth. — 3 months ago
Raspberry and cherry fruits, with dried Mediterranean herbs. 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah. Not as bold as most CdPs. First bottle was corked, so it dampened my enthusiasm :(
This did hold up really well on the second day, especially when served cooler. The tannins relaxed, and the fruit is slightly sweeter and more blended. Benefits from the extra air - was pretty tight upon opening. Still great acidity and herbal finish. — 20 days ago
On the nose, chiseled, saline notes that provide backbone and vibrancy. Pears, white flowers and slate flow through to the chiseled finish. — a month ago

Pretty salmon in color.
Fresh on the nose and medium in body with medium plus acidity.
Showing sweet raspberries, cherries, spices and light earth.
Dry on the palate with an elegant finish.
Rich and fresh. Nicely balanced with nice complexity. Fruit forward and elegant. Spicy and entertaining. Interesting stuff.
I liked it much better than the 2022 vintage.
A blend of 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache and 30% Cinsault. Organic and Biodynamic.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.
