Rich fatty nose with loads of mineral a pasty like Fruit, compote quality. Wonderful purity and cleanliness. Palate is ripe and opulent and spreads well. Great freshness and energy. Really great acids and so complex right now. Luscious finish. Long. — 9 days ago

So I was really Luck to find this in half off. I think it had to a mistake but there were 6-7 all marked the same and asked the clerk to double check 🤷🏻‍♂️. Worried it might have been cooked by bad storage but took a shot anyway. Opened the bottle for night I planned to spend on the couch and plans changed quickly and I ended up drinking it with minimal decant time and out of a solo cup - long story. Despite that, was showing beautifully. Thankfully got another bottle and I’m looking forward to spending a little more time with the second one. — a month ago

Such a granite infused berry bomb. Olives, licorice, cherries, blackberries, and of course granite. Very pure and clean. Palate is OMG fresh, refined and so crunchy. Exquisite balance. Long and mineral with black fruits. Terrific. — 10 hours ago

This is a very classic old school mineral driven style of St. Joseph. Very different than Gonon but really on same quality level. This is magnificent. Nose is graphite and mineral with lovely meat and olives. Floral even pencil lead. So mineral and expressive. Palate is just classic 2015. Huge fruit, huge freshness and insanely complex and mineral. Firm tannins and a mineral clampdown party on the finish. Energetic and juicy with an incredibly long finish. This is built to age. stunning. — 13 days ago

Oh. My. Gosh! Like getting kicked in the face by some books in the attic that maybe got slightly wet. Goes down smooth and velvety. This guy, 1/2 my age, has held up nicely. Took just a little time to open up but damn it was good. Finish was short and to the point. — 13 days ago
