A favorite Macon Chard. Tart green apple, hint of citrus, wet rock, crisp acidity, rich and full bodied with no new oak. — a day ago

Great champagne. Had at W’s housewarming in Fremont. Beautiful, citrus and stone fruits. Loved it. — 6 days ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of several hours. The 2021 pours a pale straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tropical fruit, lemon drop, freshly struck match, Spring white tree flowers, and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+, textured and saline. I thought this benefitted from a lot of air as my last glass was my favorite but this was pretty awesome from the PnP. Drink now with a little patience and through 2036. — 3 months ago
