floral raspberry coulis nose, elegant and complex and super dusty nose, complex and pure with unreal, tree bark, volnay quality, haunting ethereal aromas, insane depth and superb limestone, wow what a nose, no brainer and more complex, more elegant and lots of blue fruit, delicate late breaking tannins, wow this is so lacey and elegant and so sappy, insanely juice and clean, unreal concentration and tiny berry fruit intensity, wall of flavor and what an amazing finish. This is stunning. so much fruit and richness but so fresh. controlled richness. — 9 months ago

Becoming one of my favorite bottlings at Cruchandeau. Nose is very ebullient and expressive. Gorgeous red cherry that is so clearly defined and amazing licorice aromas. Spice and sumptuous aromatic depth. 9.4 - 9.5. nose. Palate is teeming with energy and depth. Amazingly juicy, deep and textured. Longer than it should be and so so pure. Just stunning. Silky tannins. Wow this is long and so well made. — 6 months ago

A accidentally find in my cellar it’s a huge mess! This is what Burghs are all about. This one needs air. Plenty of tannins left should go for another 4 years or so. Crushed Marble, Port wine notes, touch cherry 🍒, hint cinnamon, tree bark, touch bitter, black tea notes. Tomorrow more after 24h’s on the Argon line. Mellowed further out. — 14 days ago
