Meursault Chardonnay 2016

Grateful to enjoy such a young Coche Meursault. Plenty of depth, pure and I still a core of reduction although less overt. Lovely, undeniably young, though vibrant, mineral and textural. Feels open, precocious. — 10 days ago

Les Enseignères Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay 1996

stunning wine I could drink every day—too bad I don’t have any. Long life ahead. Just a baby but a powerhouse of an infant at 23. — a month ago

Bourgogne Aligoté

Citrus smoke with the lengthiest refreshing yet complex finish with a slightly bitter element revealing its cepage. The revelation of the evening ...what a wine, but also ... what a winemaker. Coche magic with an often (rightfully) despised grape. Fantastic. (Somm’s advice: 2012 vastly outperforms 2013) — 8 days ago

"Les Chevalières" Meursault Chardonnay 2015

Yes! Finally my first Meursault of Boisson Vadot and it was love at first sight! Not easy to find in Europe. It can challenge Coche Dury any time. Bravo! 🍾👊🏻🙏 — 18 days ago

Auxey-Duresses Pinot Noir

Very floral and perfume on the nose. Red fruits and nice, lingering finish — 3 months ago

Les Rougeots Meursault Chardonnay 1999

Tour d’Argent. Medium gold. Heavy. A stark contrast in color and nose to the 89 Dauvissat. Fine grained acidity develops with air, producing notes of apricot, river stone, minerals, sweet fruit and some spice. Whereas this started strong and maintained its performance all day, the Dauvissat grew in power. Fun to contrast the two. 99 Coche across the portfolio has shown to be amazing. — a month ago

Fresh, dense and vibrant aromatics and lovely texture. Everything I could wish for in an 2005 Coche Bourgogne, and so much more. — 2 months ago

Domaine & Sélection Meursault Chardonnay 2015

Real break from Jean-François, less reductive, a lot less wood in the nose. More delicate, more balanced, white stone fruit, good acidity, long burn, great acidity. Blind I could have made a mistake, new coche by Raphael, time will tell whether he gets to the same heights as dad. — 2 months ago
