Cod in the grill basket tonight and anyone that knows about flakey white fish on the grill knows that prep of fish/basket is critical, otherwise you're enjoying segments, not a whole fillet. This session turned out like a champ, with crust, much ❤️ to the grill master 😉. — 6 months ago
Delicious perfect white burgundy at hibernia — a month ago
Medium light lemon yellow . Quite cool , citrus focused on the nose , touches of white flowers and chalk dust . Fills out well on the palate with nice lemon , white peach notes , oyster shell good balanced acidity, without any excess weight. Ok length , just a hint of toastiness on the finish. Drinking well now and over the next 5 years . — 7 months ago

Really stunning wine. Maybe best one ever and I have had everyone since 14. Nose is dripping with terror, deep forest, rain soaked moss, light sweet wood, burst of minerals and some green apple skins. But so stunningly pure. Palate is rich and ripe but so pure and juicy. Elegant and deep with a lovely opulence and wonderful freshness and lift. Impressive finish. Such an airy yet dense wine. Just glorious. — 3 days ago
