17. As it should be, but not more. Hope next bottle more exciting. — 19 days ago
First time? It’s a well made wine but not gonna last. One more to go — a month ago
Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of black and blue fruit, violets, roasted meat, spices, wet stones and tobacco. Flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black raspberry, roasted herbs, black pepper and black olives. Long and savory finish. Complex and very “Northern Rhône-like.” Full bodied, lively and just the right amount of tannin. Excellent! — 19 days ago

blackberry, kalamata, assuaged tannins, in retrospect would’ve decanted a few hours ahead. — 4 months ago
A mammoth, chiseled beast of a wine that really needs extensive decanting and/or aging. Despite a modest decant, imagine am tasting a tease of its true potential. — 19 days ago
Wow, a 15-year-old burgundy from an esteemed winery. Complements of my friend Mark. Truly a treat. And just amazing that it drank so well after these many years. That’s why some wines remain a mystical and magical beverage. — 2 months ago

2022 vintage. Not quite as integrated as the same vintage Meursault VV offering. This has more overt focus on citrus fruit currently. Feel like this wine just needs 6 months to tie up some loose ends and then it'll be a no-brainer. That citrus fruit will still feature, just not as prominently. 05.23.25. — 8 days ago
