Dry, green apple, orange zest citrus, and light floral notes. Great after new years but I personally like Veuve more so — 2 days ago
Pale gold in color, with aromas of apple, pear, peach, lemon, gardenia, and melon, complemented by notes of wet stones, vanilla, and brioche. Dry, with medium acidity and a medium body, this wine is balanced and elegant, with subtle oak adding a layer of complexity.

Happy New Year! I loved sharing this bottle several NYE with my dear friend G. Granny Smith Apple with limestone and tight bubbles! Becoming an annual tradition as of late. — 3 days ago
In 1829, Champagne Bollinger introduced an instantly recognizable, dry, toasty style that has been coveted ever since. Six generations of the Bollinger family have maintained that trademark style, and still owned and managed by the same family since it was founded. Gold color with a nose of fruit and baking spices. On the palate apple and peach, toasty notes with great bubble flow. Long crisp finish ending with yeasty mineral tones. Nice! — a month ago
2023 Le Mont Sec is so full of golden Chenin character despite its pearly glint.
Close your eyes and its thick pierced red apple skin, browning cores and buckwheat honey with a strong floral character.
My favorite dynamic of sweet suggestions, dry deliverable. — 5 days ago
There’s nothing basic about this Bourgogne Blanc!
It’s absolutely lovely. With elegant notes of fresh white peach, nectarine, yellow apple, apricot, lemon peel, citrus blossom, chalk, wet slate, salinity, and sapidity; also, delicate cream, flintiness, and cheese rind notes and perhaps a touch of reduction, presenting as struck match. The palate is dry, with medium alcohol (13%), medium (+) acidity.
It fermented with wild yeasts and aged 11 months in a combination of barrels and stainless steel, followed by an addition 7 months in stainless steel tanks.
This wine has verve and vibrancy and is positively delicious.
Cheers to beautiful Bourgogne Blanc wines to write home about!! — 16 days ago
Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, toasty vanilla oak and floral spice notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peaches, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice creamy mouthfeel. Long finish ending with spicy vanilla oak, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A big Chardonnay. Pair this with grilled Swordfish or spicy sushi. — a month ago
