Compared to my prior 2008 bottle tasting note - holding up beautifully for this 1995 GC burg. sour and stewed sour cherry and subtle raspberry. Stem notes and singed bramble in background. Effortless to drink. — a month ago

Pop and pour. A majestic lite gold color. On the nose: crisp apples, lemon, almonds, floral, and honey. Taste: creamy, beautiful texture and nice acidity wine with apple, pear, lemon zest, saline, flint, and a minerally lime peel medium plus finish. YUM! Maturing gracefully and time to go. — a month ago

Silky texture, not rustic at all. — 12 days ago
Still working on a case. Showing as good as I’ve seen in a while. Quite delicious funkiness — a month ago

2020 vintage. From a 375ml. Some good funk in the nose immediately after opening but that mostly dissipated after 15 mins. Medium/medium heavy body. Plenty of the expected fruit-driven power cradled with equally noted tannins. Way too young, even in a half-bottle and dynamite now but another 12-15 years will be stellar. 12.12.25. — 7 days ago
