Wine Spectator #1 Wine of the Year - 2009
Ripe in flavor, with a vivid array of black currant, blackberry, violet, black tea and black pepper aromas and flavors that zoom through to a long, expressive finish. Shows subtlety in the layers of complex flavor against a refined structure. Tannins are present but nicely contained. — 15 days ago
This is a delicate wine with medium body, medium acidity and very light gold colouring. Not overly sweet, but still pairing well with spicy Asian cuisine the nose is very floral with notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom and the palate is semi-dry reminding me of pear and a hint of honey. Quite a lovely wine from the Canadian Okanagan. — 9 days ago
Sexy stuff here - particularly for 20 bones: deep dark intensely concentrated but not overdone, after an hour or so it began to reveal black fruits, cassis, a hi toned note, tobacco, cocoa, baking spices, against an earthy backdrop. Solid tannins but extremely well-integrated, seamless on palate thru finish. Stood up well to my filet w/grilled polenta. — 12 days ago
Color of light gold. Nose of roasted nuts, oak, ripe citrus, salty mineral, no strength of alcohol. Nose is nice. Taste is dried and follows the nose. Intense flavors of roasted nuts drizzled with ripe acidity from tropical fruits, baked apples, and saltiness. Aftertaste is also long with aforementioned flavors plus some cinnamon spice and hint of zest. Well balanced and beautiful. — 16 days ago

This is a beautiful red blend from Washington State. Nicely balanced and good by itself, as a sipping wine. Showing nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
This 4 year old is still young and will age nicely in the next 5 to 10 years, but already delicious.
Showing a really interesting nose. Tasty, rich and elegant.
Better after a couple of hours of airtime, but good right out of the bottle, too.
