Tastes of an American Riesling: honey, petrol, herbs, acid, minerals, in that order, each reduced by factors of 10. Nose of a Austrian/German Riesling: deep oil-slick nose and Bouquet de Garni. Conundrum...perhaps...but delicous!

Surprisingly light bodied. Silky smooth mouth feel. Not overly sweet, letting both residual sugar and minerality shine through. Love the Dr. Loosen collab.

Not great, but not bad. Pale yellow color. Highly acidic (pucker up!). Lime, tangerine, and pineapples.

Beautiful Riesling. Not overly sweet and lots of character.

Balanced acidity with lime, green apple and stone fruit at the back of the palate. Med finish. Layered fruit but lacking in that classic minerality.

citrus, peachy, very very smooth balanced finish with a tart/acidic aftertaste, lite oak flavor -- totally different than your avg sweet riesling. Good with seafood.
