Very nice bottle of wine. Smooth and flavorful. — 4 years ago
Surprisingly good and even better for the price. Three blend with smooth tannins. — 4 years ago
My Sunday night wine I have gone back to a favorite of mine that is not going to break the bank and is consistently good. I have opened the Jim Clendenon 2018 Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir Santa Barbara County.
On the nose there is raspberry, cranberry, cherry, spice vanilla anise, clove and earthiness.
On the palate I detect good red fruit, raspberry, cherry, cranberry, red currant, anise, clove and earthiness.
The wine is medium bodied with medium + acidity and medium fine tannins that leads into a long fresh red fruit finish. Another well blended wine from Jim Clendenon that i have come to expect. I hope everyone's weekend was a good one and we are all still safe and healthy. Have a great week, Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 5 years ago
A Collection of great Australian Reds - Christmas break up of the Tennis Group. This was the wine I brought. I forgot to say all these wines were tasted blind. Only the owner of the wine knew the identity. This was a standout thanks to the vintage with a long life ahead of it. HH has a drinking window through to 2040. As well as the savoury liquorice accents like the 2007, this had plenty of red and black fruits. That was my 3rd of 6 - 3 to go. Next in a couple of years if I have the willpower. — 3 years ago
Anniversary wine. Nice to have a break from the Paso wines we’ve been trying all day and have a nice French blend — 4 years ago
Consistent! I’ve tasted several vintages and I’m mostly very pleased. Drinking Very Local. I may be biased, as I am currently living 3 miles south of the winery, sometimes that can cloud your perception. But this stuff is good. The QPR is out of this world. Can’t wait to visit the winery and taste through the lineup. — 5 years ago

Immediately loved this wine from first sip, my kind of Sav Blanc, great tasting and extremely affordable! I find it at Wegmans. — 4 years ago

Second bottle out of 3 of this fascinating, delicious #mourvedre from a deep-rooted, renowned family producer in #sonomacounty. This wine is interesting when it opens up, big eucalyptus, menthol up nose, layered black/purple fruit, dark coffee, nice acidity and some fine grippy tannins. Paired well with an Indian-topped pizza with that bold eucalyptus fruit and acid standing up well to the spicy flavors. #contracostacounty #bigbreakvineyard — 8 months ago
