To my palate the opposite of new world- as referenced in a previous note-& drinks more like a Pouilly Fume; quite rich, minerally & taut. Some layers too, with white flowers & honey, still quite full on palate w a slightly petrol nose. Insane Qpr at 14$. — 8 months ago
Nose is bright cherry, lavender, strawberry, raspberry, and rose. Smooth cherry and ripe strawberry predominate the palate along with cinnamon, tart peach, and ripe apricot. Light tannin, medium alcohol, and high acid that lingers long into the finish. — 3 years ago

Palate: smoky. Not super delicious. Complex. Aromatic.

Opaque red. Sharply defined red fruit, floral and Moroccan spice aromas, along with intense mineral, garrigue and cola nuances. Shows superb depth as well as vivacity on the palate, offering juicy red and blue fruit, floral pastille and spicecake flavors and an exotic hint of blood orange. Finishes impressively long and precise with firm tension, discreet tannins and reverberating red fruit and floral notes. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, January 2023) — 2 years ago
Such a different carignan. Nothing like the heavy tannic wines of old. Great acidity, dried fruits and fresh herbs. Stunning. — 5 years ago
Big fruit. Good spice. Blackberry.
