What a joy. On opening the nose is spectacular and floral. After a few minutes in glass it’s settled. Leather, graphite, blood. There’s roses, delicate underbrush. Very lucid and clear. What a treat. — 22 days ago

Left Bank Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%). Dark ruby color. Aromas of black fruits, forest floor and menthol. Flavors of black berry/currants with hints of dark chocolate and roasted nuts. Long and smooth finish. Intense but well balanced tannins and acidity. Medium-plus body and nice freshness. Bordeaux red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (56%) and Merlot (44%). Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Ripe red fruit aromas with distinct purple flower notes. The palate is more black fruit (blackberry and black currant) focused with hints of black tea, baking spices, wet stones and dried mint. Touch of saline on the finish.
