Earthy Pinot with forest floor notes and cherry or cranberry flavors. Nice balance. — 2 months ago
Delicious. A Friday afternoon with friends — 2 hours ago
Lemon Yellow in colour. Aromatics of citrus, apple and white daisies (Barb). Very delicate on the palate with those aromatics of citrus and apple coming through with minerality. A touch of salinity to finish off. Like most PYCM bottles this is way too heavy. — a month ago
Previous bottle tasted a year ago in September 2024. Mid lemon in colour. Aromatics of struck match, white flowers, lemon and sea spray. Hasn’t got the delicious ripe fruit I am used to with Australian Chardonnay but it does have its charm and attraction in a more mineral restrained style. — 3 months ago

Typical PYC. Reductive, complex nose with Flint red apples, almost ‘fresh’ tropical fruits, vanilla, very elegant and long aftertaste. — 5 days ago
