So good, as described — 2 months ago
A really dark-colored one here... On the nose, this is the darkest of black fruit... Some blackberry liqueur on that nose too... On the palate, it's still black fruit to be sure... Maybe with the addition of cranberry... The seven years of age seems to be introducing some softness with the tannin... Some old-world dirty here. Dusty. Medium body. Medium acidity. The finish is long with the blackberry showing flecks of blueberry on the finish. — 7 months ago
Pop and pour (practically) — can’t be helped.
NOSE: something savory, blackberry, and a little violet. Mild clove. A little clay. Something…Mexican?
TASTE: juicy, purple cassis and clay. Fresh and tasty. The kind of wine I like, basically. Blueberry pie after air. 93.

This wine has a beautiful golden yellow color in the glass. Aromas of apple, citrus, and a good bit of salinity are on the nose. The palate shows apple, apricot, lemon peel, and that wonderful saline quality. The acidity is fresh, but not ripping. The finish leaves a savory fruit flavor behind. Pair it with chicken dishes, cacio e pepe, or risotto. — 2 months ago
First granny Smith apple with a lemon lime spritzer then a tart grapefruit with a mouth watering acidic, tongue, zinging finish well in between some nuances of herbs and greens just begging for another sip — 21 days ago
Definite upgrade from the standard bottling of this grape. $17. — 11 days ago
