We loved this wine with a black grouper with lemongrass…full bouquet, floral taste accented the somewhat Vietnamese dish. — 3 days ago

Mineral driven, outstanding combination of Quincy and lemon peel, abundance of minneola, a subtle touch of grapefruit, dry and energetic tropic fruit finish. Uplifting acidity and exquisite texture and clean finish. Simply lovely! — 2 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed with dinner over the course of an hour. The 2018 “Les Romains” pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with “leesy” notes bright lemon-lime citrus with some melon and a mix of stony and ferrous minerals. One the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and satisfying; definitely the favorite at the table tonight. Lovely with a traditional seafood boil. Drink now through 2035. — 19 days ago
