Such a special Champagne, one of my favorites among rosés.
I try to remember every vintage I taste. They’re always exceptional: strawberry skin, brioche, beautifully structured with a fine mousse, layered and precise.

Powdery that turns to creamy and quickly leaves cherry with a nice dry finish. Dark in color and complex in taste. Slight brine with an astringent aftertaste — 7 days ago

Enjoyed this bottle on NYE. did not disappoint. Interesting subtle tangerine tastes lingered on the tongue that I’d forgotten about. This one n/v was bottled in early 2022. Been in my possession about 2 years. — 7 days ago
A richer Provence Rose than most. Light salmon color with lower acidity than most Roses from the region. Crisp. Drank in December 2025. — a month ago

New Years Eve dinner - which red wine to drink?! 🤔
Finally settled on an old favorite - Paul Jaboulet Hermitage.
Did not disappoint - smooth, concentrated fruits, with a hint of earthy, charcoal, tobacco.
