2024 vintage. Château Cavalier is a Castel family estate. This is just the entry level, but you could only wish that all Provence rosés would be this good. Grapefruit, strawberry and flowers, fresh and mineral. Very dry ( 0,2 g/l residual sugar), while having a round mouthfeel. Very good value. — 19 days ago

Initially tasted like Chardonnay then evolved with an hour of air and warming. Still rich and big fruit initially but the a waxy and acidic finish. It’s very unique and I like it. Not a crowd pleaser but one to contemplate. — 10 months ago
